- Removed 20+ duplicate entries that were scattered throughout the file
- Organized entries into logical categories with comments (IDEs, Browsers, Development Tools, etc.)
- Replaced specific version entries with glob patterns (e.g., JetBrains/ catches all versions)
- Made all patterns consistent with leading slashes
- Removed from tracking all Emacs cache and config directories that should be ignored
Config cleanup: remove garbage and unused tools, apply nasr theme

- alacritty, nvim, vim, tmux, btop, hyprland
- waybar, wofi, dwm, dmenu, st (suckless)
**Created:**
- helix/themes/nasr.toml (custom theme)
- btop/themes/nasr.theme (custom theme)
- COLOR_SCHEME_NOTES.md (documentation)
- README.md (config structure guide)
**Kept (active tools):**
- alacritty, nvim, vim, tmux, hypr, waybar, wofi, dwm
- lazygit, btop, htop, obsidian, emacs, brave, chromium, discord
